Crawford Capital Investments (CCI) is a boutique real estate investment firm that partners with accredited investors to secure value-add, multi-family properties with competitive cash-on-cash returns and an above-average return on investment (ROI). We accomplish this by discovering, acquiring, managing, appreciating, and then selling investment properties in emerging markets.

Our Mission

To PROVIDE investors with larger than normal cash on cash returns on B & C level multi-family apartment buildings in emerging markets positioned to appreciate in 3-7 years.
To PREPARE investors with clear expectations (including exit strategy) through our unique deal analyzer and assemblage of all necessary parties to complete the deal.
To PROTECT investor's initial investments by limiting our risk tolerance through detailed analysis prior to submitting an offer.

Doug Crawford, Founder & CEO

Doug is a national speaker, entrepreneur, and licensed realtor in the state of Florida. Pairing his experience in both commercial and residential construction with his love for building and equipping teams, Doug brings a little bit of everything to his investment partners.

Above all else, Doug has a desire to bring glory to God by serving others. Crawford Capital Investments (CCI) was born out of this desire and seeks to use the power of multi-family real estate investing to create opportunities for flourishing and generosity for himself and his investors.

Mike Fritz, Advisor to CCI

Mike is a national collegiate leadership speaker and the author of 5 collegiate best-selling books. He has spoken to over 250,000 students and faculty giving them tools and strategies to take their leadership to the next level.

Mike started investing in real estate 21 years ago when he built his first multi-family property. Since then he and his wife, LeAnn, have $2.4 million of personal real estate under management. Mike has an unmatched passion for real estate because it provides him and LeAnn the amazing opportunity to create generational wealth, great opportunities for their investors, and give families more time together. Mike believes passive income through multi-family real estate investing provides the most powerful thing in the world – time and freedom.

Mike’s greatest passion is people. As a serial entrepreneur for most of his life, he has sought to center his business around the amount of value he could add to his clients and partners. That is the energy and passion that started and runs TCI.
